If your issue is NOT known or could not find an existing thread for it please post with a informative subject and provide the following details along with the error:
The entire error if there is one.
The URL (web address - e.g. www.[your-domain-name].com/blahblahblah)
Computer type (e.g. Apple, HP, Dell, ...)
Operating System (e.g. Windows 7, Apple OS10.6, ...)
Browser (IE7, IE8, Firefox, Safari, ...), including version
Images of your computer screen when a difficulty appears can be very helpful (we call them screenshots). These can be attached to a posting by using the "Attachments" feature at the bottom of the posting window. Here are some ways to create them:
How to capture a screenshot in a Microsoft Windows machine.

Windows XP and Earlier:
1. When the problem appears, press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard.
2. Click Start, click Run, type MSPAINT, and click OK.
3. In Paint, click Paste under the Edit Menu, click Save under the File menu, type a file name for the screenshot, choose JPEG as "Save as type", click "Desktop" on the left pane, and click Save.
4. Use the Browse function below the posting editor area and find the screenshot on the Desktop and include with your post as an image attachment.
Windows 7:
1. When the problem appears, open the Windows snipping tool (Start > search for snipping > click to launch).
2. The tool will launch and allow you to outline the portion of your screen you would like to capture. Click to capture.
3. Save the file to a spot you can easily locate.
How to capture a screenshot in a MAC OSx machine.

1. Press Command-Shift-4. A cross-hair cursor will appear and you can click and drag to select the area you wish to capture. When you release the mouse button, the screen shot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your desktop. (The file is saved as PDF in Mac OS 10.3 and earlier.)
2. Use the Browse function below the posting editor area and find the screenshot on the Desktop and include with your post as an image attachment.
