To set up Google Analytics for tracking the traffic on your website:
  1. Go to www.google.com/analytics (you must have a Google account and be logged in)
  2. Create a new Account and set up your "Property" (your website) by giving it a name and entering the URL to the Home page (www.your-domain-name)
  3. Enter the Industry Category and Time Zone
  4. Click "Get Tracking ID"
  5. Accept the lovely Terms of Service
  6. On the next page, you will see some code - copy and paste it into Notepad, or equivalent
  7. Attach it to a New Topic in your private Client Portal.

The code should look something like the file attached.
