Add a File Link in the Joomla Content Editor (JCE)

Add a File Link in the Joomla Content Editor (JCE) was created by Dale DeHart
When you are in the editor:
1. highlight the text you want to serve as a link, or click the image if an image link,
2. click the Link tool (little chain icon in the editor toolbar).
3. click the file icon next to the URL field (see attached screenshot)
4. browse for the file if already uploaded to the Media Manager.
5. if not yet uploaded, use the upload tool by clicking its icon (see attached screenshot).
6. Then Insert the link - that's it! :woohoo:
