President
Dale DeHart is the President and founder of SOHO Prospecting, a professional Marketing Services company in Camarillo, Ventura County California that provides marketing services for small and medium-sized independent businesses as well as the strategy and services they need to compete.
Dale received a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, and a Masters in Electronics Engineering from Stanford University. Dale also earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCLA. Dale’s technical and business background led him to excel in senior management positions with several leading high-tech corporations, including Hewlett Packard, TRW, and Motorola.
Dale is active in the Ventura County community and in several professional and community service organizations. Dale also serves on the Board of Directors of Ward-Davis, Inc., the nation’s largest T&M equipment manufacturers’ representative company.
Tamma Davis

Her career includes ground level involvement in three successful start-up companies (Nellcor Inc., Natus Medical and Latitude Communications) Tamma holds a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University.

She has a B.A. in Art with an emphasis in graphic design from Cal State University Long Beach and is a passionate lifelong learner via community colleges, adult school, and online education including webinars and podcasts.
